Bob Dickey, Chief Executive Officer of Medicus Healthcare Solutions, has over two decades of staffing industry experience. Bob joined Medicus in August 2017 and oversees the firm’s strategic growth and expansion, as well as day-to-day leadership and operations. Prior to starting at Medicus, Bob served as Group President of Technology and Engineering at Randstad Technologies, one of the third-largest staffing firms in the United States. Bob’s reach extends beyond operating companies – he is committed to the overall staffing industry. Bob was a board member of the New England Chapter of CEO’s Against Cancer, TechServe Alliance (TSA), and the Fidelity House Human Services (FHHS). He also served as an advisory member to GDH Workforce Solutions and has been a spokesperson and presenter at SIA, Tech Serve Alliance conferences, CEOs Against Cancer, local charity events, and a past guest on CNN Business.
